What is the dispute about?
I purchased an account from this EpicNPC member DXiancai. Everything played out well at first. I fulfilled my part and paid them full. First they gave me access to the account, I had binded all my data but when I approached them on discord they suddenly stopped responding. All my binded accounts were gone and they had linked a secondary platform that I cannot remove. It didn’t matter that I still had some access for they just kept logging back in. I demanded to talk it out but they stopped replying completely. The apple account is mine which they proceeded to unbind and binded their own DMM account which I couldn’t remove in anyway. I’ve lost a great sum of money and if you guys can’t help me getting a refund I hope you consider getting this membe banned to prevent future scams.
