What is the dispute about?
He sold me an account with March Hare for $110 in Amazon gift cards and told me his boss would send me an email with the receipt and the account. The next day, I messaged him I didn’t receive any emails, in which he replied by saying he’d message his boss again (I provided 2 emails). This was the 2nd of March, and he hasn’t responded to my messages since then. I still don’t have an email receiving the receipt and account.
TL;DR, Never gave me my account after I paid and hasn’t responded to my messages.
