Method of Contact Used (chat progam): Discord.

Instant Messenger username of the person you're accusing: legendhimself#8295 (it is his third Discord).

Other information: He bought my services to resell as his own. I delivered all of my services as he ordered and he paid for it. Today he reversed the payment for two instances as far as I know. There MAY be more damage done.

What is the dispute about? Apparently this member have been reselling third party services to others for his own price while keeping the profits. This user used my services as a reseller and got my services delivered to it's customers on time and on request by me. He got paid by the buyers and I delivered the ordered work. Payments which he have recalled recently(atleast the ones I know) were made on December 16th and December 19th.



Other details / notes: This user reselles other Twitch service providers goods and services for his own price and is the middleman for many sellers out there. While people go around looking for the best provider with the best price then people like him are pushing the price on the market so high they can't even imagine how cheap they actually would get all of it.

He has not contacted me about it and I have had no contact with him since. I never said that I call reselling a scam here, it's just something that the buyers may not know.
Anyway, no solution or replies from his side yet so I'm still waiting.

Also I just disputed it as the chargebacks took place today?

@ChaosTheory17 The services i did charge backs on the ones we had deal for my own accounts and seller said he will do everything for me and handling of the accounts and i will cash out very well but then all the accounts got banned and seller took all my money i told him its very tough for me to give him that money but he said he will stop all of his services for me and only focus on me so i cash out well. He made very good excuses and took it all away. The seller is banned on other formun as well. when i asked him to resell he said i could but when i ordered he would not fullfill on time ( i had to refund the buyer) and the ones i resell ( very few) they got banned for his service and they charged back as well. In short i lost money everywhere and was in depression but then my lawyer came in and helped me and he said he will get money back please tell him to deal with me and paypal and my lawyer directly we will take this to the court as well!

Also please ask him if i ordered and invested ton of money? he promised i will cashout tons? he promised he will take care of all the accounts and everything? he knows because of his service my all accounts got banned? charge back was deserving for the poor and promised service to fail.

These accusations are false and I'm not banned on another forum because of that. There was misunderstanding with a customer who used me as a provider and we're already solving the questionable thing. Also other forums do not matter what is going down right now. I kept delivering the subs and bits to your channel and even streamed on those for hours from my own time.

Too bad you're not even replying on your who knows which discord now.

This is a valid scam report because the payouts are all in effect and you should know better. I've got many of your customers actually coming to me with their statements so I know what you're up to.

@Alaryne i am replying to everyone now as i just mentioned i just got back. Those are not false accusations and they are true with facts and you know it. Plus other forms matters because you were selling the same service there too and too many people reported you got them banned. Yes, thanks for streaming and doing that because that what i paid for that was the promised service to handle everything for my accounts and i get the payout but instead got them all banned and i lost all money didn't i?

They are not in effect because they are banned and i have proof that it was because of the scammed service i can post here twitch reply if you like as well. if they are coming to you with statements then you know better they are banned.

Twitch bans people for unreal **** they're doing with their revenue, that's not involved with the fact that MY service get them banned but the quantity does.

2 - Facts are mentioned in the Alaryne comment ( Twitch bans people for unreal **** they're doing with their revenue, that's not involved with the fact that MY service get them banned but the quantity does. ) here its mentioned that twitch ban people for unreal then why would this seller promise me that i will get my investment and he promised he will handle everything? i will consider this a scam when the seller knew that it would happen but still persuaded me to invest and got my accounts banned.

I can provide more as well if needed but mostly all says the same thing.

In general, This seller scammed me for the service! Promised me that all i have to do is give him money and he will get me loads and loads of money but he failed to do so or failed to even be honest! He is very manipulative in all ways. Since his promised service got me to the massive loss and i am the victim of this ( other then just the service my each account valued around 500$ each ) i will reach out to all the possible ways to get the money back.

@EpicNPC i mentioned about the service above. Person was responsible of handling everything about the accounts stream/subs/bits/primesubs to make the best out of them as the best investment and get me the payouts but instead got them all banned and you can see in detail above thanks.
