Didn't recieve my service. Aim: Tradingexpress1 MD; Tradingexpress1

Basically payed him for a cheap PL on the 8th, 21 bucks for a 40-58 PL. He said it would be done the 12th, he postponed it til that wednesday, that time came and went.
I'm just looking to get a partial refund as I only received 2 levels done and eventually leveled myself up after him not working on my account.
He continued to post on MD looking for a RaF partner and buying keys and what not but did NO work on my account.

Don't really have aim logs, this is the only one i have saved. And it's from the 10th.

Really just want a partial refund, I messaged him a couple days back asking for one, never received an aim back and he seems to be avoiding me on aim.
