Didnt get feedback

I had gotten a feedback where the username instead of hitting the feedback button to give me a postive feedback, all he did was reply to the thread with the feedback but it doesnt go to my actual feedback score, how can i fix this as i dont have contact with the user anymore since the transaction was completed.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do besides try to keep getting in contact with the user. They will have to add the feedback themselves.

the user must leave a feedback using the appropriate button "submit feedback" on top of the thread.
