So derp99 is a scammer, also when I posted this on the thread they were removed and I was flagged. But hes a scammer, I came to agreed $40, I then sent him the money via paypal. When starting bringing up his cousin and how we needed me to wait 2 for his cousin to wake to ask him if he could use the money I sent him to buy coins on fortnite cause of derp99's paypal account didn't have a vida card attached to it. Keep in mind none of this was said before, he kept at saying how I need to wait. So I told him I want the account or refund, we went back and forth before he finally sent a "Refund" but his refund was him sending money via the pay for good part of paypal. I told him that is not a refund and that he could easily go through paypal later and recall his payment to get his money back and keeping mine, and I still never got an account. Sure enogh maybe an hour later I got an email from paypal disputing the payment he sent, I tried to contact him via discord and sure enough he block me. I've already sent my response with proof off to paypal as well.
