In reviewing my posts of the last couple of months, I see that I have gotten a little beyond what I should be saying both on our chat, as well as here on these forums.
I received a PM from D0ntxbotherme in reference to an account that was locked on him, and that we refunded him instead of taking the time to deal with the situation and get the account reopened. I felt my view was a valid one, he had just bought the account the preceding week, and for only $100, so what was the big deal refund him like our policy states and move on. Maybe right, maybe the wrong decision, however the way I dealt with it was inappropriate for the situation, and my situation with the game supply and just acting like a grown man in the first place. It took his sending a PM apologizing to me to realize that in fact I was a much smaller person, not for how the situation was dealt with, but how I had treated one of our customers, who after all have enough respect for us to do business with us. Not once, but 4 times over 2 years.

I felt this post was undeserved, in retrospect, it definitely was. I apologize for my statements that day Matt.
I've also been pretty damning toward homegrownfrank. Even if my opinion is sound toward accountsden, I have no clue who homegrownfrank is other by association with accountsden. I have no knowledge of him one way or the other, and to hold a public argument has been quite childish. It isn't fitting for the sort of association we run.
Negative rating for tgs.net from it's owner. I will do better.
