Gave me 1 star review with no reason

This user gave me a 1 star review because I gave him bad feedback after my account (which I bought from him) got banned in a ban wave in DBZ Dokkan Battle. Ban wave was done to users who used a farming bot, he used it and didnt say anything in the post or transaction nor told me that this last year there was multiple ban waves due to bot use. I asked him for a refund and the only solution he gave me was to contact Bandai.

I ask for a feedback removal and ban or warning for this user, please. @ArielDesu

Goodmorning, as i already told you before i cant do much about it, i dont work for bandai or predict the future, i didnt force you to buy the account, the 99% of accounts with that resource (power stones and rank) is probably farmed with a bot, I don't think it takes a genius to figure that out, or you can just ask like other buyers done before buying an account, in the end everyone makes the decisions they want, i dont force buyers to buy my accounts, there's always a risk of being banned from the game because it violates the terms of service, both for the use of third-party programs and for reselling accounts.
Maybe I explained myself badly, last year there were no account bans or at least not those I sold even if you check 2-4 years ago none of the accounts i sold got banned, I knew that last summer they deleted inactive accounts, but i didnt know they were banning on feb.
About the refund, i only refund if i get back the account in original state i sold it or atleast 90% (resource, stage done, etc.), obviously not after 30 days or if the account is banned, clearly if i know there is a 100% ban chance like farming the account with a coop event (who played dokkan for a few years know that coop events like Global VS Jap server that you need to collect orbs doing stages is not safe there is a 100% ban rate when is up) i wouldnt post the account and try to sell it, for me you are just been unlucky, you bought an account when bandai started the "nuking" phase.

For now this is what i can say about this situation, players buy account from me even there is a risk of ban so for me is not my fault, i dont force them to buy my accounts. sorry again for what happened to you, for now i recommend to not buy accounts.
