Customer can't give me feedback. Please help.

I'm trying to build some reputation on this site, and I don't get to sell accounts that often, so every little bit helps, especially since I'm a hobbyist, not a professional.

It looks like this when they try to give me feedback:

Any advice or reason as to why it's not working?

The reason @SOPRANOBIRD is not able to leave you feedback on here is because he does not have a phone number connected to his account, or that has been verified yet. You can tell if a user has a phone connected to their account by the country name or national flag appearing under their avatar. Those who don't have a number registered here will display “Not Phone Verified" under any avatar, or show a greyed out flag with a line running through it on their profiles.
