Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Informed me he had been scammed two other times, so I decided to put a little fright into him to see if I could shake him out. After that he stayed so I thought that maybe he was legit, after letting him go first he changed the accounts login info and email, luckly I locked the account via steam guard.

Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? Including this I would say I've done a total of three, and this detour has easily frightened my chance of doing anymore transactions here again.
