What is the dispute about?
Buyer was a third time buyer. He bought one of my Dragalia Lost Account again . I delivered and after 30 minutes he claimed the account was not FRESH with Account lv 3 and a Character lv 76 but everything was correct in order . I have been selling this game since September 27th 2018 and my account are all Level 1 , Unlinked and FRESH as stated. His claimed level 3 accounts is fraud. To get from level 1 to Level 3. You only need to play 1 map out of hundred in 3 minutes and will able to reach lv 3 instantly . It was totally Fresh. I asked him to hand me the account info again to check but no responded & he instantly filed a charge back on Paypal and escalated into a Claim 30 minutes after our last message & I responded to Paypal. He didn't even bother talk to me through or still have time to read Paypal message and file a claim.
Other details / notes: The guy also already bought from several other Buyers with probably cheaper price . You can check his profile. Suddenly , he came back to me and want a new account . He was "Frustrated" over Level 3 account rather than Level 1 which is totally non-sense. The Highest level in this game can be as high as Lv 200+. With the amount of Logins Bonus for a year, you can have free materials to level up 7+ Characters from level 1 to level 80. He claimed one of the unit was level 76 that can be done by himself.
