I filed a negative review because I made an attempt to get in contact with the guy 3 days ago. Maybe that was a bit hastily on my part since 30 minutes after I left a review... he was there to make things right. This seller has great business ethics. The problem arised from my transaction with him from the 3rd party who sold him the account. I would honestly delete this rating if the option to do so wasn't greyed out. I already reported my rating but he made this transaction mishap right so I'd like to leave his review record right. He's a great guy.
