Steam accounts are hard to sell. When people buy them, it's usually because of a single game (the rank and/or items) and not because they want a lot of games.
I guess you just have to be patient. A buyer will come sooner or later.

Like Integrity said a person will buy a steam account for one game maybe a couple at max. The more games on it you are probably worse off. And games go on sale so much typically its not worth buying an account.
Only things would be inventory for games like csgo or pvp ranks or progression would add value to a buyer.
