buyer made hasty decision - help please-

Hey

So in the past 2 weeks I sold many accounts,

Sadly 1 guy who bought the account cheated on it and got it banned today, and since I due queued with my friend who tried to help me boost account "got -3 wins" which caused my friend's account that I sold to a customer become unranked.

Because of these -3 wins this customer left me negative feedback straight away.

I was sleeping when that happened so I couldn't do anything about it. 3 hour later after he messaged me on skype I came online and told him that he will get his skin back because of that -3 wins. but sadly he didn't know I was going to refund him as I was sleeping and he left negative feedback WAY TOO FAST.

After checking his message on skype I though he still waiting for reply, so I saw this negative feedback and though it was the CHEATER but than I left him a negative feedback thinking he was the cheater who caused the -3 wins. "too much confusion"

He left feedback saying I played with some1 who cheated but the guy I played with didn't cheat but the guy who bought his account did

Knowing I due queued, I waited 8 days after the account was Legendary eagle master before i sell it, to make sure incase the buyer of the other account get banned the new buyer will not be affected, but sadly the ban wave came after I sold the account to this customer.

I take this very seriously as I was looking to become a middleman and now because of this confusion I can't .
Is there anyway to remove both negative feedbacks that I left him and that he left me as both were quick and stupid decision? ofcourse with the approval of both parties.

Managed to make a deal with the customer, i will be getting him these 3 wins and he will be more than happy for us both to get the negative feedbacks removed. will post screenshots/ customer will reply as well once the 3 wins are done.

It was a mistake and i mentioned it in this post already, I couldn't remove it.

I already told him i made mistake by leaving him negative feedback and thinking he is the wrong person " by wrong person i mean the guy who cheated on 1 account and got it banned". Thanks for removing it. He wanted me to get the 3 wins back which I am almost done with. He will reply here and confirm it.

we have solved it now he got the account back he will make it right for him self and we have talked about it and its ok now.
im happy and he is happy and hes doing the last things on the account so forget the post that i did...
