Was Trade Guardian used? Yes
If yes, what is the Trade Guardian ID? - Transaction #33468, "useeds" as MM
What is the dispute about?
- The buyer opened a dispute against me on PayPal, lied to PayPal about "not having received the account after payment" when he had the account for more than 24h already.
Other details / notes:
- When the payment was on hold, as a token of good will and to make things faster, I decided to Update the transaction status so the buyer could start playing on the account, so he wouldn't miss a couple of days of in-game events and whatnot.
- As you can see in the Discord chat screenshot, even with the payment on-hold, I offered in-game help and tips, was polite and understanding, didn't put any kind of pressure on the buyer to reply fast and/or solve the payment issue, all I said was he'd have to confirm to Paypal that he got the account, 48h after the payment. I even sent him a cropped part of a screenshot HE sent previously, in FRENCH, explaining the same scenario.
- It's clear to me that he had the intention of scamming me since the beginning, that explains why he kept getting mad about the 48h confirmation and I had to explain this over 10 times because he refused to understand, even in his own language (french).
- As you can check in the TG log, I repeatedly asked the buyer to confirm to PayPal (48h after the payment) that he received the account, so the money would be given to me (it was On-Hold), and he kept denying it, lying about misunderstanding it, repeatedly saying ("I don't have a confirm button!") even tho I CAREFULLY explained LOTS of times that this would be available in 48h, not immediately, and guess what? Instead of confirming he received the account, he opened a dispute against me and lied about being scammed.
- I'd like to register that the MM (useeds) has been unresponsive since the buyer opened the dispute and is not offering a reassuring service to me (and I'm the one who paid the fee). It's been more than 24h since I asked the middleman for an update on my situation, and he just ignores me, please check the TG log.
- Due to the above mentioned scenario regarding the MM (and please, again, check the TG log), I'd also like to ask for a refund on the MM fees as well.

Chat Log Screenshots: As you can see, even with the money on hold, I gently offered in-game tips and help for the buyer, and only mentioned (after he asked about the money) that it was still on hold and gave instructions.

Other proof: Paypal Dispute (even after having the account, THROUGH MIDDLEMAN)

Final thoughts:
- The buyer shows complete dishonesty in his PayPal dispute, lying about not having the account and that I wasn't answering his messages, this is absurd.
- What I'm asking through this EpicNPC dispute form is, first and above all, my money, and that includes the $400 for the account and $29 for MM fees (since as you can see in the TG log, the MM is no longer helping me, even after I ALREADY TOLD HIM YESTERDAY that the buyer opened a PayPal dispute and lied).
- I honestly hope this guy gets punished for what he's doing, this is causing a major headache, and no one in this forum deserves to deal with dishonest people like him.
- As you can see in the TG log, the account had approximately $200 worth of in-game premium currency in it, by this point I'm fairly certain that the buyer spent all this amount, which means that account is no longer worth what it was sold for, therefore, I don't want it back, I want my money and would really appreciate if the MM was more participative in the TG transaction.
