What is the dispute about?
he bought the account, asked for farm services and weeks later he accused me of stealing it, i tried to help him regain access and offered other accounts as a kind gesture but he insisted on requesting a refund and denigrating my image on the forum, which made me realize that he was actually trying to cash in on a fake scam
Other details / notes:
he has already requested a refund from paypal and the process is under review, the strangest thing is that I even suggested returning the money from the account but he did not accept it claiming that he spent 1k of dollars on the stolen account which makes me believe that he wanted to that I pay him $1000 as compensation for something I didn't do
