Bought an account, 3 days later its gets recalled...

On 10.16.2010 I found this thread. I talked to Kuro_Kun for awhile and we agree to complete the transaction. I sent him the PP and he gave me the account info.

I played the account for a few days and really enjoyed it. On 10.19.2010 I get the email from Blizzard..."An Account Recovery Form has been submitted for Battle.net account [email protected]" I tried to get a hold of Kuro_Kun. I sent a PM on this site and looked for him on AIM. I was finally able to get a hold of him on Facebook on 10.24.2010.

Couldnt get a hold of the guy i got it from , He hasnt been on. I'm not trying to recall the account , I don't even play anymore nor have I for awhile. I'm now playing Xbox Live : Halo Reach.

When we made our deal , you were completely aware that i had just bought the account 2 weeks prior from Cybrix on MMOBay. If he's the one that's trying to recall the account , then take it up with him. Not me as i'm not responsible for the account after the information was passed to you. As for Refund of the payment , there will be none as i held up my part of the deal and havent done or will do anything wrong towards the account. Feel free to post this and all other info on MMOBay , I dont use MMO anymore nor will i ever again. Sorry this is happening to you but you have all the info i had , Good luck getting it back.

So whatever...after all I am the one out $180 not Kuro_Kun. Hey WTF does it matter that the account was recalled 36 hours after I bought it. I guess this is a lessened learned for myself. After all most people are not stand up individuals and will sell out themselves for a few dollars. Oh well, the karma bus will be around run someones *** over...

I believe the first quote was when he talked to him on facebook.
