So yeah, im the seller, and the scam accusation is on the buyer.
He sent me money first, i gave him the account everything went fine.
PayPal holds funds for 21 days+ so He asked me if i would do it as friend and family, during the whole thing he was a great guy, i also check his steam account it was a old one (12years) so I was like, he's an adult, must be mature etc..
So I refunded so he could send me the money in Friends & Family. (https://imgur.com/a/07bmu7b)
But now, he couldn't send anymore "We're sorry we can't complete your payment right now, please try again later..." He had the problem the first time so I was like, well lets just wait until it fix itself.
Next day no answer, so i messaged him, he said he forgot to call PayPal..
Same day I said : Just send me steam gift card (Trough steam).
He said yes, blabla... and then 1hour later or so he deleted me/blocked me.

Maybe he think i'm dumb and i'll click on send payment thinking its "Receive payment".

Besides all this being clearly fake, and you're trying to get me banned because I refunded against you taking the account back, how come you didn't put in the part where you doxxed me, uploaded and spread my address on my steam profile, and said you were going to do things?

First : I'm the one who sent the refund to get the payment as "Friends and family" (As you recommended, i trusted you MY BAD! ah) cause you initialy sent it as Goods and service.

Admins, you want more ? I can share screen or w/e you want too proove its not "Photoshoped"
