Bad feedback from my auction

Hi, i got a bad feedback from tkebanner http://www.epicnpc.com/itrader_detail.php?ir=530402&u=290493

It was relative to my auction http://www.epicnpc.com/threads/823028-SWFC-account-sell(auction)/page2

Tkebanner did not made any bid or question, i did not knew who it was before getting bad feedback from him.

That said jaguars0408 talked with me and i told him i though i hited enter to soon and i acepted Dark Killer offer.

But i was willing to make amends because i should have given more tought to the auction and even i had doubts of some rules i created and some that should been there, i offered to give him the 20$ i received more than he bidded to show it was not about the money(i also offered 50$+ of hex shards of fate boosters) or the remaining cards from my SWFC alt accounts but he refused and would not acept less than 50$ or i had 1 hour to give cards from my remaining accounts or he would give me bad feedback(and get me banned from .

After seeing that i would not setle(i just saw someone greedy) i told him to do what he tought was better and i would not offer anything more.
He should have given the feedback himself. (i did not think i deserve but i also know i should have setup things better).

You put closed then clearly accepted another bid that was made after you closed that's wrong no matter what excuse you come up with

It doesn't matter who left you negative feedback. Anyone that visited that thread can tell you were wrong for selling that account to dark killer. His bid should have never counted. I won the auction and you know it. You say it wasn't about the money but we both know that's a lie. If it wasn't about the money you wouldn't have accepted a deal with someone who didn't make a higher bid until after the auction was over. I really hope justice is served here!

Its very convenient that right after i told you that i was not continue conversation due to what you where asking for. that this guy that registred today resolved to give feedback(i thinks its you and you did not come here in person you used a alt i dont know why).

And you gave feedback only hours later after seeing this thread.

The auction went bad thats my fault you are entitled to rate it bad(because it was bad). but it was not like the auction finished and i waited for a better offer it was a matter of seconds. i think i made the right thing, but i also think you would have the right to be pissed thats why i offered to give you back the 20$ hell i offered even more as a prof of goodwill. but for you it became clear that it was a matter of money and when you asked for 50$ for not banning me of the site.

I did not try to edit anything on the thread so you dont need screenshots, anyone can go and see, i have our chat log if mods need evidence of what i offered and the time of my offer.

you even offered me 200$ so if it was about the money i would have acepted that.

I also dont know Dark killer first time i noticed him was in this auction, i did not saw the thread in the time you claim because i was dealing with him, once i got back and i saw your post i reached for you not trying to bribe like you said in your feedback, but trying to compensate you because i might have messed up.(and i opened this thread not because of your feedback but of your alt or friend)



Just be fair(and dont use alts or friends).

I watched your whole auction you said was going to end on the hour which would be 5:00 on the time stamp. A winning bid would have to have been made before 5:00 which jaguars made at 4:59 you then closed it correctly with a time stamp of 5:00 then 2 post later at 5:00 and let's say 30 seconds dark bid which is clearly after your closed post and clearly after the auction would have ended...you were in the wrong to give it to dark

We do not allow negative feedback like this, it has been removed. A transaction has not occured therefore a feedback cannot be left.

Myrgard please abide by your rules of your auctions as you set them. Do not post auctions if you will not follow them, just take offers on items.

You clearly took the offer after it was closed because it was much better. Do not lie and do not do it again
