alright guys - after talking with the moderation team we came up with the following conclusions
1.) Lolshaman's thread was for the sale of a toon valued at 170.
2.) There's the possibility (Aurey has shown this in his/her screenshot) that the logs were altered (ie. text size and font).
3.) The situation involved Aurey paying 170 via bank transfer. When that did not immediately deposit into lolshaman's account, Aurey provided 170 via Paypal to hold until the payment cleared. Once the payment cleared, the paypal should have been refunded.
Therefore, lolshaman needs to make the refund to aurey and has 24 hours to do so. Should any parties have issues completing / agreeing to this please contact a member of staff.
lolshaman - please comply asap.

only someone who is trust who verified can leave positive reputation - if the TVW user is banned or temp banned then the ratings they have given will not be reflected.
other users you deal with who are NOT TWV ed can also leave reputation, but it does not count towards your "visual" score
i hope this clears things up - on that note, have you received any word from lolshaman? his deadline will soon pass.

update - lolshaman has contacted the MD staff asking for an extension till Nov 6th (his pay day)
i am sure we can all agree that getting your money back beats simply getting a user banned and left with nothing. therefore we have decided to allow the extension.

Sorry to barge in like this, now ive been apart of the EU wowtrading site wowtrade.dk/.org my self ever since that started up 4-5 years ago, but extending a scammer 4-5 days to get some money he wasnt even allowed to spend because he stole them, whats that all about ? , he is a scammer and should have been perma banned none the less.
I know im new here at MD but i seriously dont hope this is how you conduct business here.
And i actually did read this whole thread.

Well i hope that you do get your money back etc. but that is hardly ever the case when dealing with a scammer, sorry to say so, but ill keep quiet for now.
