I sold my Force Master (Blade and Soul) account two days back and today the owner told me that he was going to sell the account off (because he couldn't play well). He didn't know that my credit card and billing information were actually saved on the account, frankly speaking, neither did I. Apparently, NCSOFT holds your credit card information and that you actually have to contact their support to have it removed, no other easier way (seriously...). So all that's left to buying NCoins with my credit card was simply by guessing my CVV, which wasn't hard since my CVV is a low number. He then purchased 800 NCoins (10 USD worth) with my credit card and exchanged it to in-game currency and attempted to trade it off, without buying the account or anything, just stopped replying to the current owner, the person I sold it to.
mohd.rsoul (kellen on EpicNPC) being my buyer.
Kell (live:e5ad296b83b84f4b) being the "scammer". Not even sure if this is considered scamming since he never got the account but he still took off with my 10 U.S. dollars.

P.S. My buyer didn't know what his EpicNPC ID was since Kell contacted him directly on Skype.
P.P.S. It's all settled between me and my buyer, we just want Kell tracked and banned, if possible.
P.P.P.S. @kellen is not the person I'm having a dispute against. Both their names are confusing.
