Date the problem began: 15/06/2023 can stretch further back because some screenshots shows that the account has been tried/successfully changed it's email back to owner(Zelfyq) but he/she pretend to be ignorant.
Show proof of payment (screenshot): Paypal and Ingame currency
Describe the problem:
purchased an account from him/her few months everything went smooth yeah but his/her truly intention has been brought to light just today(less than 24 hours) The account I bought has been recovered, the reason why probably just now because i only logging in the account just whenever until this month I have decided to pour some RS3 gold into the account (around 5b gp) and changed it's RSN from (They luv) to (TIny Tokki) but the account has been recovered just today and changed its RSN to (Snow Larissa)
I have proof of purchase/Paypal/DIscord Conversation/Plus short Chat from Zelfyq here on EPICNPC. I somehow believed that Zelfyq can be trusted because of a verified account with ID but it proves that it is not.
I can provide more proof and ways just to ban this person in any associates you have as possible to prevent him/her from doing the same thing that happened to me.
(I'll keep watching it's RSN any changes will update in its profile here on epicnpc)

Here is the first occurrence where He/She tries to recovered the account and it got locked for security... firstly i thought it was my end but since today everythin makes sense why the account is getting locked and the email is keep changing back to his but he/she pretend to be ignorant and i believed because He/She a verified person in EpicNPC.

As you can see here the last convo we had was from Feb and today 16/06/2023 the account has successfully recovered by him
He/She keep changing his discord number but stayed the same name as lucass

Probably the reason why it took 3-4 months for him/her to decide to recover the account was because i don't really use the account i bought from him/her and no exp gains has been gained until this month of May&June.
