What is the dispute about? Account was recovered by the original owner.

I sold the account to a guy few weeks ago, my phone number and recovery adress was still on the accounts email and today i recived message that it was changed and the guy who i sold it to contacted me saying he doesn't have acsess to account anymore. I went to test the email and i saw that new recovery adress matches the paypal adress from the original owner aka DankRNG . So i am 100% sure that he recalled the account, therefore i refunded the money to the person i sold it to and now i am opening dispute to get this person banned so he can't scam anymore people.
AT THIS MOMENT, i do have accsess to account / email because DankRNG gave it to me as he claims that someone hacked it ( but thats a lie ) . I told him that account has been compromised and i don't want it back that i would like him to refund me, he refused to do so therefore i opened paypal dispute. In case i win the dispute i will send him back the account

- DankRNG is saying that apparantly his MAIN email got hacked too, and that hacker recovered World of Warcraft account.
- His Discord ID
- DankRNG trying to get his character back on the server he originaly was ( because my buyer moved it to another realm )
- DankRNG trying to change battletag ID
- This is message from the time i originaly bought of him and asked for his state so i can use VPN to log in
- after 30 mins of saying that he didn't claim the account back i logged on battle.net app and saw his adress
