What is the dispute about? Just today, I got kicked off the steam account and found out that the account password and everything else has been changed. I thought it was suspicious that he kept trying to message me and add me as a friend in game. He might online as we speak, and I have no way to find him/contact him. He currently has be blocked and refuses to add me back, so there is no way to contact him.
Other details / notes:
He recently he messaged me in game and saw my gear because he remembers the ign and looked at my profile. He made a comment saying he was impressed with how much I progressed. I did not take note of the message to anything hostile or suspicious.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
This was not brought up in the conversation
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
The seller provided me with a email to confirm the account, which i then deleted the account later on so I did not have to worry about him accessing the gmail to recover the steam/Lost Ark Account.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
Until then I had access to the account for about 3 months.

I currently have a support ticket submitted, and hopefully they get back to me asap. I will post pictures with steam support when they get back to me about this issue.
