What is the dispute about?
Account was recalled a month and a half after purchase. When I tried to reset this password, the email on the account was wholly different than my own. It used a hotmail account os****[email protected], with a +55 number for the phone recovery (I use a +1 phone number cause of US). Anyway, asked him what was up, he claimed he asked the prior owner about it, was told that he didn't try to recover it, which I think is a lie, because in order to retrieve a lost account you have to fill in this questionnaire that only the OG owners of accounts really know. So I asked him what then, then he said either I can retrieve the account back, or he can on my behalf, I opted to let him do it because frankly I don't know any of the information other than the amount spent on the account. He said 20 days, so i thought ok. He promised a refund if he could not retrieve the account back. Asked him for an update on Monday, June 21st, 2022 and he didn't respond and has been offline since.

Another user, @SirSilverrr left a feedback on his page calling him a scammer. I reached out and Swarana ghosted him as well for 500 euro. When I left my own updated feedback, I was contacted by @hanbao who reported a similar situation as mine.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? No.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? ID/Pswd
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 1 month 1 week.
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it. No, seller claimed he would they would do it. Didn't have the personal information to retrieve the Genshin account regardless.
