A Recent buyer blaming me for the account lost he have and wanted to report me.

This buyer bought from me last Monday December 14. For $32 Friends and family payment through PayPal.

Please kindly check the screenshots/attached files below of full details.

After the payment was done, I've transferred the Account Code to him which is One Piece Treasure Cruise. (Account Codes from this game can only be used 1 time and you need to re issue a new code for you to be able to login it on another device, or link it to your Social Media, you cannot use/issue new code when it's linked to a Social Media.)

Now after the deal you can see on our conversation everything is complete and good. After 6 days he messaged me that he lost the account on his end. Now he is blaming me that what I'm selling are illegal stuffs because it has high amount of gems.

First of all in Global OPTC if you are checked using illegal gems you will receive a warning already just from the start and they don't allow it anymore.
Second I have tons of accounts with a lot of gems why would I spend just to put illegal stuffs on fresh accounts.

Third, All the accounts that I'm selling are manually logged in everyday with my own hands not using any computer based program (That is why I'm also offended by what he said and accusing me.)
I logged in them everyday on events to stack up many accounts. I even indicated it on my post that all my accounts are legal and gems are from events. You can see it on accounts logged in day count.

But seems like he don't listen to me while he is waiting for the email and if ever that bandai won't support the restoring of his account he will do everything to get the money back. So basically if that happens I lose money and account at the same time for something I'm not involved to begin with. Also reporting me just because of accusation wihout proofs or anything even screenshots provided by him are none.

All my recent buyers have never faced this issue because he is claiming suddenly the account he can't login.

From our conversation please check how rude this guy to start the conversation I understand that he has rights to be frustrated if the case is real, but I have the rights to be frustrated as well if ever but I did remain calm not until he rage.
He is accusing me of something and telling me that he will do anything to refund? Like what the hell, I'm willing to give him the money and even give him free money if I know that the problem is on my side and it's because of my fault.

But after 6 days and everything is good and every accounts I'm selling are all legit and clear I don't know what's his point on accusing this to me.
If any MODS/Admin here that is playing OPTC I can let you login on the accounts I'm selling and let you check them just to clear this guy mind.

Kindly help me with this matter and tell this guy that what happened to the account on his end is on his own fault.

And if ever he really shows that it's my fault I'm willing to listen as long as show me proofs and tell me what I did wrong.

I've hide all sensitive information including EMAIL, Names, Account Password Codes Used.

if those things are needed I'm willing to show the admins all the information.

I'm only responding now because i have not received any notification of this discussion.

The seller and i privately discussed this situation that first occurred to me when purchasing an account. I'm waiting for an answer from the official OPTC game support to find out why i no longer have access to my game account with which i have only made a few events to farm gems. I don't want to think I've lost it or anything.

The seller and i were a little rude but we made it clear, we both want the problem resolved. The situation is stalled, so i won't add anything else here for now.

After 48 hours i await a response from them, yesterday i also solicited. I don't understand why there is this long wait, i have provided all the account details i had accurate.

I have never found myself in this situation, although I'm new to this site in another i have more than 70+ positive feedbacks, i have also bought accounts without ever having problems.

This is the situation.

I bought an account from him on Monday, logged in and all right. I generated a new password (the only one) and saved it with a screenshot. But on Saturday i was no longer able to log in (i tried several times but an error came out), i reinstalled the app but when i entered ID + Password I got another error. Unfortunately i didn't screenshot the error because i was in a hurry and didn't even think about it.
So i contacted the seller but we haven't solved it, also i contacted the game support of OPTC to find out why i can't log into the game anymore.

I am in a despicable situation as i cannot have fun with the account i bought about a week ago, i'm not getting support and initially the seller accused me of just wanting the refund and keeping me a free account.
I have never thought of such a thing, i have never done such a thing in my life and I never will. I felt offended going from dishonest that i'm not.

For my part, i asked him if the initial gems were legal and why he kept soliciting me for positive feedback immediately after the purchase as well as making me write a strange phrase as a message related to the purchase on PayPal (see his screenshot where there is the my payment of 32.00 USD). For this reason we have been a little rude.

Now i and we still have to wait for the response from OPTC support but the wait is unnerving. I hope to have access to the game again without further problems.
 
First of all, I don't understand why you keep on pointing out why I'm asking a Positive Feedback after a purchase.

Every seller asks for a Positive Feedback after a deal. I know I've given you a lot of discounts and waited for time for you to pick a certain account. (Like a common courtesy of giving a feedbacks.)
I'm not only asking for Positive Feedback in OPTC Game I've sold different games not only OPTC but mainly OPTC Accounts.

I see no problem about that feedback and why you keep on pointing that out lol.

Second.

You don't want us to argue but you only keep on having one sided view, you should always consider two sides and view on every scenario.

Example:

You only making me look like I'm the only one assuming on things like I can't suspect any possibilities as well of interior motives on your part. Like you we encountered this problem for the first time I'm not saying you are lying or anything, but that doesn't mean that I'm the one responsible for anything as well.

Both of us has the right to defend themselves on this scenario and both of us can be upset on this situation so why only see 1 point of view on your side.

If you can be angry and annoyed by this situation isn't it the same for me?

You can even ask other OPTC Seller on this scenario go ahead and ask anyone tell them this situation that happened on your part. Also please ask them if the account I'm posting is unlawfullly, you keep on saying that word on our earlier conversation right, of course I would be upset and annoyed by your actions, like 6 days have passed, and this scenario never happened to me before.

You keep on saying that you're a seller as well, if you're a OPTC Seller then you know that none of this is because of a seller problem.

A code generated on your part that suddenly doesn't work how come I'll be involve on that? Think about it, so please kindly see on 2 point of view, you're not the only one having problems on this situation.

"Please understand that everything that's happening on your part of course if you're the seller you can't just give another FREE account or REFUND anything unless you want confirmation of what happened. I don't even see anyscreenshots and can't figure out why a newly generated OPTC Code on your phone is suddenly not working. Cause you know that it won't only work if the code was used on other devices right? Also if you're the only one that has access on that code that's what worrying me and bothering me why I am going to be involve in this."

That's why being upset and annoyed and saying that you become rude on the very first because of stating "UNLAWFULLY, REFUND THE AMOUNT, I'll DO ANYTHING TO GET MY REFUND AND EVERYTHING."

Like right, on the situation alone and how you tell the story I can't see a very part there about me. That's why best to wait for Game Support answer, but I doubt that they will help that fast but hopefully.

Don't get the wrong Idea, I'm not starting misunderstanding discussion again here or I'm not angry right now. I'm just stating what happened on our conversation and why it heated up.

Both of us have rights that's all I wanna say. And please access the situation if you play OPTC for long time, you know that if it's because of MOD/Gem Fault there will be warning not like that. Code's not used can last up to 90 days since new Issue/Generate.

I'll keep on waiting for an update and hopefully we resolve this in a good way.

I just reported the problem of what happened. There is also our chat available for the moderators and administrators of this site. Nothing more.

Even if we didn't understand each other initially, i know that you too must be sure of what happened to issue a refund. As a seller, i would do the same. For this i have repeated to you several times that I await a response from the support because if they give me a new password to access my game account everything will be solved since the one i had in my screenshot apparently does not work and is very strange (I repeat the only, i had saved it immediately after logging into the game), if they tell me more then I'll bring it back to you.

I am frustrated because there is a problem that has happened for the first time, just as you are frustrated by the situation that never happened. If i was as dishonest as you thought at first, i would have opened a dispute right away here without telling you or about PayPal, which i didn't do, but i contacted you to let you know about the problem. Even though we warmed up, we didn't go any further. Why should i needlessly contact game support or claim an account with 800 gems and everything to farm? I am absolutely not this type of person, this must be clear because i felt offended (i do not even think, I thought and i will think about doing such a petty thing) as well as embittered in not being able to play with an account bought a few days ago.

Support still hasn't responded, now it's Monday evening at my place, tomorrow morning / afternoon if i still don't have an answer i'll send a third email. I don't know what else to do.
 
And what if the problem is on your end or your device we don't know what the cause of problem and you want me to just refund and lose an account.

That's why I want the screenshots of what happened the latest code you issued show it to me in private so I can send a report as well, the code is not working anymore but up till now you haven't showed it so I can report it as well.

Sorry but if they don't reply to me, why do they reply to you? Do you work for them? I do not believe. Or do you have some direct contact? If yes, pass it to me, i'll take care of contacting them immediately.

I don't know what it is for since apart from the ID I have already provided the password to log in is unusable. If the support will answer me and ask for it, i will provide it.
In all honesty i prefer to contact them personally and read what they answer me, not others in my place. But if it is really necessary at next day (without answer from them), okay, i want this question to be resolved.
 
No direct contact sure but I'm telling you we don't know what happened that's why I want to try best chances to contact them but if you want yourself to only do it no problem.

You can hide the last 6 digits of password if you want, I just want to see that you did generate a password 1 time only.

For now it is better to wait for their response. Also because contacting them first from Italy and then from the Philippines is not exactly a genius. I don't want the problem to become more challenging, also because a format has to be filled in with the game data and i have specified my country and my device, as well as the ID and all other data.

I want my account or a refund but for thatiI have to wait for them.
You obviously know the problem, whether it is them or from the account you sold me. The situation has been stalled for two days.
 
How can it be a problem on the account I sold you? But just for the sake of this problem to be solve if they don't answer you tomorrow.

Just show me the last code you've issued and I'll refund you the money back and I'll just accept that I lost an account that way even if I'm not involved or at fault I'll refund you your money just to end this. Let's not deal with each other again in the future.

Just accept that we will reduce the 4.99$ Friends and family fee or i'll just directly refund from the payment you send before.

Hope you can make that small sacrifice of the fee cause literally I just an account.

If you issue the refund directly on the payment i made on PayPal the fees should be included.

Anyway, i want to wait until tonight. At my place it is now 00:22 on Tuesday.
I want to see what they tell me but if they don't answer me even after 3 days, i think there is something wrong. Then I will send you the screenshot and you will issue the refund directly from the PayPal payment.
I will not buy any other accounts from you in the future or from others, with OPTC i have closed, i no longer want to fall into this despicable situation for those who buy and those who sell.
 
No problem just to finish this case and for you not to say anything again. I'll accept lost of my account if they reply don't in following days then just show me the screenshot and I'll refund it.

I still wait their response, i will attend another 24 hours, i want to hope that i recovery my account with 800+ gems and good Legends. If they still don't get back to me I will want a refund because it means something is wrong, i don't want to waste more days in vain without playing my game.
