A 45 days Patchly Maintenance Boosting service was requested to me on 16 MARCH 2026, (Ending April 30th 2026) with job descriptions as follows:

Daily Errand, Scracth, Coffe, Battle Pass.

- Weekly Battle Pass
- Spam Battery.
- Building Character (Leveling + Ascend Char and W Engine, Drive Disk Farming).
- Hollow Zero Max Point Weekly.
- Notorious Hunt (Weekly Boss) .
- event .
- shinyu defend.
-Deadly assault


Buyer then proceeded to accuse me on 29th March 2026 that I did not work on the account at all as quoted below:

Clearly, I don't think the buyer knows how the patchly maintenance works and how the game works.

On 29th March 2026, he accused me of NOT DOING WEEKLY BOSSES WHILE ITS STATED CLEARLY ON THE PICTURE THAT THE PROGRESS WAS LITERALLY 9/9 (ALL DONE) PLS REFER TO THE NEXT PICTURE. SO DEFINITELY, HE DOESNT KNOW HOW THE GAME WORKS

On 22th March, he requested me to finish this, however, this is a very old event and is not part of the job descriptions.

I had to periodically remind the vendor to boosting. I often would note full battery multiple times in the day. I ended the service way before completion due to my feeling of poor service. He offered a refund but I didn't take it as I currently don't trust the vendor.

The feedback is based on my experience. He has also left feedback on me based on his opinion that he was doing work adequately and I personally debate that feedback but it is what it is.

Note, I haulted service way before end date and have not requested a refund or partial refund. This isn't a scheme to get free work.

We log in to your account literally everyday and spend batteries.
All excess batteries are stored anyway and can be used later, please do understand that its not only your account that we are piloting.

If you are worried that we did not login everyday, you could check the battle pass level, it should be around lvl 6-10 right now.

All batteries were spent to build characters namely: Zhao, Corin & Lycaon.

You can also check the RIDU WEEKLY, inside, there are tasks that require you to login and spend batteries. (Its showing 1'300/2'100, it wouldn't be possible to rack up 1'300 points if we did not login for that particular week). Please learn how the game works.

SO I DONT KNOW WHERE YOU GOT THE IDEA THAT I DID NOT WORK ON YOUR ACCOUNT, clearly, batteries / stamina have been spent on a daily basis and polychromes are collected frequently.
 
I think you are just salty because I did not work on the Suibian Temple event (Which was not listed as Job description) and accusing me of other things that are illogical.

Literally you ACCUSED ME OF NOT DOING WEEKLY BOSSES WHILE IT LITERALLY SAID PROGRESS IS 9/9.

  • Feedback will only be reviewed if Trade Guardian was used. Any Trade Guardian service.
  • If Trade Guardian was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
    • If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
    • If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed.

Transaction took place and TG was not used.

Feedback can remain and must be resolved mutually between both members.
