Date the problem began: 10 june 2023 [ when he stopped reply ] but deal started on 6 june 2023

Describe the problem: i did deal with ghost [ Mat Snedegar ] to receive from a customer of me 800$ via paypal and exchange it to btc for me as i did services for him for 2 years and we supposed to have trust between us , he started after received the payment to slow responding or no responding by days , and said money didn't hit his bank yet , payment sent on 6 june 2023 Tuesday , so he said by max will be on 12 june Monday ! and it was impossible since withdraw from paypal to bank maximum 3 business days and he said if he doesn't receive on bank he would refund or just send me the btc , i did wait him till today 17 june 2023 , because i did trust him , but he is not responding at all since 10 june 2023 , i want to solve it friendly with him without any problem happen for anyone , since i had gathered all his information , and if it doesn't work i wont have any another choice just to pass these information to my US customer and he will open a case against ghost in his own state California as cybercrime by scamming online for 800$ and i hope i don't have that option as my only option since i just want to solve it friendly either by him refund or send the btc or he can offer another solution and i hope he respond me on discord and solve it

@The Integrity well i think he will keep playing the ghosting game , i will just contact his family members since i got their contact and his friends to show them his scamming online , beside the case is already prepared against him in real life which will knock him soon and go to the court , give him a ban from epicnpc to make sure he doesn't use here again and scam other people
