He's 99,99% scamming, he claims he'll get people a partnership in 24hours up to a few weeks (impossible, needs to be affiliate first (takes 1-2months) and then requires to stream consistently with 75viewers for at least 2months; rarely takes 1month if you're a fast growing streamer). If you are not familiar with Twitch, getting the partnership is very hard / next to impossible, and saying it takes 24hours to a few weeks is 100% a lie.
Mind that we're offering 2 complitely different services and he's not my concurrent, but i believe he's going to rip someone off 300$

I believe he should be investigated on his method and how he can provide this, i dont see this possible without Fraud and faking to be another big youtuber.
Please investigate into this, i tried to report and PM but no one ever replied, he's either scamming or involved in fraud. An investigation on his methods should take place.
