What is the dispute about? Account that I purchased had it's email and password changed.

I will first explain about the latest and most relevant account and then I'll add another paragraph regarding the first account. On 1/9/2021 I Bought an account from @Seppuku-Martin , which was better than the previous account i bought from him,
the transaction was through Binance (Crypto), which can't be traced or charged back. got the account played with it for a month and even spent $20 on battle pass and $10 for 2 blessing of the welkin moon, and also $500 on the Raiden Shogun banner (got C2 and her weapon).
on last Saturday (9/10/2021) I was playing in the morning and then I noticed that the account is linked to Pi****[email protected] which wasn't any email i knew. at first i thought maybe i forgot to link my account so i contacted @mercurial003 and asked him if by any chance this mail is his and I've not linked mine yet,
he said that he doesn't recognize this mail also, and asked me to provide a better picture because I only copied the mail section of the account, I launched the game and the account was logged out and my password was incorrect. after that i did check my tradeguardian chat regarding that account, and saw that
I did linked that account to an email because Mercurial003 asked me to give him an email to link the account. i contacted @Seppuku-Martin through discord (goes by the name "maw#1122") and told him that the account was stolen and he said that it's impossible because his "friend", which is the original owner
of the account is now busy with valornt and classes and he will ask him about it. till this very day I haven't got a single message from seppuku_martin/maw on discord regarding it, and I did messaged him 2 times regarding it. and yet no reply.
Now regarding the first account I bought from him and also got scammed (probably), on 10/8/2021 seppuku which had different name on discord at the time approached me, because he saw I was looking to buy an account on someone else's thread, he offered me his own account for lowered price, and i agreed so
he asked me to open a thread (https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/buying-genshin-eu-account-with-ganyu-c2.2020589/) on EpicNPC so we could trade with middleman on EpicNPC, the middleman was @Somatotropin, at that time I didn't knew how to trade in crypto so Seppuku guided me how to use it. I was also freaking out,
because at the time 2 more people approached me caliming to be seller from the thread that I was looking at before Seppuku approached me, and he tried to clam me down saying they are imposters and he is the only real seller here. so the MM verified the account and everything was good the purchase was made again through Crypto.
On 2/9/2021 the account got hacked, password changed and linked french mail which was fe****[email protected] . Now I can explain why i'm sure that the account was indeed hacked but that wouldn't be the point here. the thing is that i tried to recover the account twice with the help of Seppuku, he tried to provide me with the neccessary
details that I didn't know like first pruchases / regestriton date/ platform ect. but there is no proof that I was indeed related to that account. Mihoyo's CS responded that the information is inconsistent and refused to recover the account. now i checked lately the username of this account and found out that the account is now linked to
fe****[email protected] (instead of fe****[email protected]) which I believe belongs to the first owner of the account.
Basically I believed that both of the account are recovery scam.
