I have received 2 false negative feedbacks from the following users:

AlistairZ: https://www.epicnpc.com/feedback/574427
Kevintheweb: https://www.epicnpc.com/feedback/332440

AlistairZ has accused me of issuing a chargeback on an account I sold him, which has been ruled as false (as in, I was not the one to initiate the chargeback), and the dispute thread in question may be seen here:
https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/genshin-impact-whale-account-chargeback-scam-600.1782958/

I do not know who Kevintheweb is, but it seems that either AlistairZ has asked him to leave a negative feedback on my profile or he is simply an overzealous 'friend' who did not agree with the thread's conclusion, and has left a negative feedback on my profile (without proof) with the same accusation.

In addition, I do not know if this is possible, but I would also like to change my 5 star feedback on AlistairZ's profile into a 3 star neutral one. As it is my own personal rating of what I think of the other person, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend someone as 5 stars when they have attempted to subvert EpicNPC's rules by trying to force a PayPal refund through before the dispute case was settled, and they have either requested a 'friend' to leave a false feedback on my profile (despite the evidence and the official ruling by EpicNPC), or they interact with someone who would do so without their wishes. Either case, most definitely not someone I can, in good conscience, recommend as a 5 star to others, just in case they run into the same problems.

AlistairZ feedback will be edited once that dispute is completely closed/resolved etc. Since it appears you're actively working to resolve the situation, I will remove the Trade With Caution Warning.

@Kevintheweb notified for separate feedback.

I request the 1 star feedback to stay. You can edit it to: It wasn't a chargeback scam, but he was a horrible seller to deal with and never offered a full refund, and started blaming me and coming up with reasons why I don't deserve the full refund. In the end, I had to shoulder a $200 loss while he didn't lose anything.

Nice accusations without proof you got there.

This will be the first and last time I will address AlistairZ in this thread, as everything else has been said in the thread linked above, and people can form their own opinions on the matter.

I have given them the benefit of the doubt for far too long, but instead, seeing how they are acting due to them 'not getting their way', and having demonstrated (with proof) repeated attempts at trying to subvert the moderation team on this forum for their own benefit and gain, I must warn others of the incredible dangers of dealing with AlistairZ. I will update my request for their review to be changed to the following:

Horrible buyer that tried to force a PayPal refund dispute through despite having an active, ongoing dispute case still going through review and investigation. When they figured out that they were caught red handed, they turned to increasingly aggressive personal attacks and unfounded claims (backed by zero proof, most of which has been disproved by me with actual evidence) to try and discredit me so that they can evade responsibility and further personal gains. Has proven in public to be highly vindictive and juvenile. Be warned.

This will ideally be a 1 star review, however, it seems the standard on the forums are 3 stars for cases resolved by EpicNPC (even if one or both sides did not personally agree to the resolution, but still acted on it to respect the rulings of the moderation team), so if that's the case here too, then that's fine as well.

My defense against his accusations are here:

These two contradicting sentences basically summarizes most of his "reasoning" and "evidence" in the main thread.
He claims I attacked him based on unfound claims, while he does the same to me like in this thread. What evidence do you have that he's my accomplice or something? I could also say that was a friend of yours trying to make me look bad/guilty by posting a negative review on an unrelated thread. Also his name Kevin is the same as yours. Same unfounded claims here.
Also, he likes to talk indirectly to me as if any attacks on my character/accusations he makes against me isn't technically "attacking" me. That's just passive aggressive BS.

The Paypal Dispute was opened AFTER he was initially banned, because he didn't respond in a timely manner.
As I keep explaining, I wasn't willing to close the dispute after it had been opened because Paypal cannot reopen closed cases. The case was supposed to be closed when everything is resolved.
However, Paypal already closed the case 4 days after it was opened in his favor (no refunds through F&F), but he keeps using this issue and omits information (his ban) and wants people to think I opened a Paypal dispute to scam him.

All these issues stem from him not responding for 5 days (leading to his ban -> paypal dispute -> using that as an excuse not to fully refund me)

I have no link to Kevintheweb and don't know who that is, but Rigge was trading multiple Genshin accounts and that can be seen in his transactions/discord logs with me.
I request @Kevintheweb to open a dispute and provide evidence, since you posted your issues with Rigge on my transaction thread which is unrelated.

In light of recent development with the case, I'll post a quick update here.

Before anything else, I implore those interested to please read the dispute thread linked in the post. Don't take either of our summaries for what's happening in there, see for yourself. See what both AlistairZ and I have said in that thread, as well as the actions we took, and decide for yourself. Funnily enough, in my opinion, the words said and actions taken by AlistairZ are some of my strongest arguments and defense, because they are mostly riddled with accusations (lies, really) that I readily disprove, or just personal attacks that I point out to acknowledge. It goes so far as to them proving themselves wrong, or me right - which, by the way, happens a few more times that I did not mention in the dispute thread since it happened after I promised not to respond to him in an attempt to stop the thread from filling up with (even more) personal arguments.

They contradict themselves and when backed into a corner on any points made, they like to either treat it as if it never existed (especially when asked to provide proof), or their more favorite tactics, attempt the strawman fallacy. To illustrate my point once in this thread, please see the following:

AlistairZ tries to push forward a claim saying that I am attacking them without proof, and proceeds to attempt to use my quote as if it was some ironclad proof. Let me break this down for them:
I do not know who Kevintheweb is
This is a fully transparent admission to the fact that I have no idea who Kevintheweb is, followed by:
My own personal guess that I clearly convey that I am not certain of.

In fact, in the dispute thread, when bringing this Kevintheweb up again, I clearly explore all possibilities (from my end) which does include Kevintheweb having nothing to do with AlistairZ. You can read it yourself; 3rd page, 6th post from the top, first paragraph. You can even see me give a full disclaimer of my own guess of AlistairZ's potential motives at the very bottom of the first page of the thread. If I'm guessing, I'm saying so. AlistairZ often just tends to default to false claims and then later, intentional lies and dishonest representations.

The whole PayPal thing was addressed in that thread too. Once again, we can see AlistairZ's usage of omission and lies to try and fabricate some clumsy attack. In fact, I can directly quote key parts of my original argument to completely dismantle this. If you want to read it for yourself in its entirety (which I recommend), it is on the second page, 4th post from the top, in the sections labelled 'Proper Procedures' and 'PayPal'.
Aha, so, like I have mentioned previously, I believe AlistairZ has only acted out of order in some areas: how quick they were to burn the account, how they bought another account before the ban was even issued (though this is only brought up as a motive, and not as an accusation that they were not following proper procedures), and the fact that they have an ongoing PayPal dispute, not when it was issued.
But in AlistairZ's outline, they absolutely did follow proper procedures, and I have never called that in question - the only thing I have called into question in regards to this order is that they did not continue to follow proper procedures past this point. When the case was reopened for investigation, the PayPal dispute should've been cancelled immediately if they were following proper procedures, as they are literally taking action against the other party without having even waited for the resolution of this case. They are literally taking matters into their own hands, and not following proper procedures at this point. Proper procedure is to wait for a verdict from EpicNPC after their investigations, and then act on that information after.
When I made the posts in question, the cases were not closed yet, despite their earlier claims. I have provided proof in the thread proper.

Oh yeah, and check this out:
I have no link to Kevintheweb and don't know who that is, but Rigge was trading multiple Genshin accounts and that can be seen in his transactions/discord logs with me.
In stark contrast of what I mentioned above, this is a claim. A false one, might I add. Without actual proof - the proof they have mentioned is the Discord screenshot (that I too have provided) saying I was asking for a friend. No one can reasonably use that proof to claim that I am selling a second account, because you just have a statement from me. But on the flip side, I can also see why it does not work as proof for me not selling the account. Why? Because the statement literally says nothing about me selling another account, and has no impact on such a claim; and thus, can't really be used as defense either - because it has no relations. However, unlike AlistairZ, and continuing the trend from the dispute thread, here is me providing actual proof to AlistairZ's groundless claims:

Do you see what I'm talking about? Just from that one response of theirs above, they have demonstrated two cases of omission of fact, a strawman argument, all nicely topped with a false accusation.

And last but certainly not least, I saved this for the end. You might see that sometimes I switch from addressing AlistairZ directly in second person, to speaking about him in third person. They may have whatever opinion they want, it is their right, but you can see in the last post on the first page why I first started doing this. However, there is another facet, one that will no doubt elude AlistairZ as they continue to demonstrate their opinion matters more than working with the EpicNPC staff to reach a resolution, and then abiding by it as per forum rules. Not for personal arguments that have no bearing on the case, like the many personal attacks that AlistairZ has levelled at me. I have given them benefit of the doubt for so long, assuming that they were only hostile because they were agitated at having an account being banned, but after three pages of repeated personal attacks, that is no longer my assumption.

Anyways, I only posted this due to recent updates on the case in question, and to highlight an example. Like I have mentioned before, I will stop reply to any personal attacks from AlistairZ, and will gladly hand them the last word if it serves to save this thread from bloating up like the other one. I only ask for those reading to please read the thread in question, and not just take anyone's word for what is actually in it. Please see for yourself how it all started, what is being said, to which point did both parties try to keep civil (if they even did in the first place), and where the ad hominems are coming from.

I have not, and will not chargeback the transactions I made for that account; this is a slight oversight, as I had never intended to buy and resell the account in question originally, but the purchase method I used is also tied to another account

https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/na-...lots-of-5-weps-max-constellations-bp.1752576/

This is where I assumed you had another account(s) that you might have sold.

Yeah, I'm not gonna waste any more time than I already have trying to defend myself. This isn't a court room.
You still have no proof this dude is linked to me other than accusations/assumptions.

I have no idea who @Kevintheweb is and he can get banned for leaving false feedback for all I care.
