Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:

23 July 2016 He contacted me for loan service. we agreed for 150 usd of loan and repay 180 on 6 August 2016.
i contacted him yday 6 august and he said cant pay loan because was work and cant load money on bank. (indeed a strange thing). i I gave him another 24 hours but nothing says cant because he working and cant pay me back. I think it's more likely that he can not repay and not that cant to load bank account.
He said that will be able to repay me loan and add more money but I think these are just excuses for no pay now. I've already made some loans in the past and when one begins to tell absurd excuses or promise more money in more time then it's time to stop everything.
I open this dispute to prevent other people to pay him the money and then is no longer able to repay me and others.
Ask for ban or temp ban untill he repay me loan. and closure of his thread for ask loan . he still bump in these days please close before others give him the more loans and then the debt will become bigger. already cant pay 180 usd.

I also gave him a loan, on 18 Jul for $80. We agreed for repay in August, but did not pick an exact day or duration of loan, so I'm okay with waiting further.

Looking for an update on this.
We are not talking about small loans which we have allowed, the loan situation is getting a bit excessive.
ZeroSkillz can you refund by the 17th of august at a normal time in your time zone? If not a ban will be issued until this is resolved.

I have opened a dispute on paypal since it doesn't look like he is willing to resolve this.
Vohaz, I suggest you do the same.

If he gets the money in the meantime, he can refund it through the dispute.

I would not give out large loans to anyone. $150 is not huge but its a big enough risk.

Please reopen this if he refunds. Auto recovery by paypal is not considered a refund. If he refunds the disputes. thats okay.

Refund is not completed. he tried but bank refused first time. so there is second attempt

if his bank refuse again think he need do refund by hand.

and here you can see status says in waiting untill 19 August. this mean paypal will new request to bank of sender if bank refuse payment will not completed. anyway need 2 or 3 days for have ok from bank so paypal sent on 19 August and i can see if bank refused or no maybe on 22 or 23 august. not know how work bank in USA so i talk for bank in Italy.

btw total deal was 180 usd. and anyway after this if resolved i ask if possible give him negative feedback. think he is done with loans. so better avoid this problem. and anyway i not are satisfied, wait more days of that agreed and less money received. Thanks

That's what he said to me.... I asked him about it. But guess he's just gonna take the ban hammer. So well I don't know. Sucks that's why this business is so sketchy one day someone can just decide to up n stop being legit n become a scammer...

If he doesn't have the money, his account goes into negative balance and become unusable until it's covered.

i will recall via paypal or bank and I will do have to the proper authorities his documents for any disputes.
