At first his offer was too low, then we agreed on a price and at the time we were about to do the transaction he said he wanted to pay part of it first, receive the stuff and then pay the complete value.
This is him reaching out to me. Then we went to discord.
Here he wants to pay a really small amount of the total (5 euros out of a 28-30 euros transaction)
I said no, we kept talking through days where I kept changing/trading stuff in-game in order to get "gold bars" for him. (In this game you either buy/sell "Rares/furniture" or you sell "Coins/credits".
I traded all my stuff to get the so wanted "credits" in order to get "gold bars" for him.
Today we agreed on 32euros for all the stuff I showed him.
This is me telling him I'm getting things ready for the trade.
As we were about to do the transaction, he started to give weird excuses, really "common" excuses a scammer would give you:
I AGAIN told him I wasn't going to go first since I have 7 positive reputation and he has NONE.
Here is where I realized he was trying to scam me.
He said he couldn't open two google chrome tabs/windows at the same time on his phone? who in the world can't open two windows in phone's google chrome?
Here I told him he made me waste credits to get the gold bars he wanted, the gold bars I WARNED HIM that I was going to buy (proof in pic 4).
At this point he started laughing and even insulted me in a racist way because I realized he was a scammer and wouldn't let him get what he wanted. (pic: "I can't trust spanish people)

He called me a **** and he started sending pics of transactions from his paypal account, showing up transactions up to 1650 euros" but he was afraid of me "scamming" 30 euros? really?

In this last pic, he wished me to get "scammed" by a "real scammer" and blocked me. Who in the hell wishes another person to get scammed on a conversation between sellers?
TL;DR
- He is a scammer, he gave a lot of excuses like "im not at home" "i'm at my gf home" "I can't open paypal and habbo webpage at the same time" "you go first" etc.
- I didn't let him scam me, that's the only reason he's not an "actual" scammer but a "potential scammer"
- He insulted me because of my language, he said he doesn't trust people that speak my language after talking with him for days. He called me "Mister spain"
- He was afraid of me scamming him "30 usd" yet he showed me paypal transactions with amounts of 1650 euros that were probably fake.
- His words never matched his attitude. He said he was a big seller,yet was afraid of 30euros transaction.
- I told him i was going to open a dispute against him and he didn't care.
He also has a *** profile where he has only 3 transactions in 3 years and 0 likes while in here he has a really old account with 0 deals.
I would like to get informtion about how to report this person over there too.
