Albi posted in my thread looking to learn to load, He proceeded to state that he couldn't send via friends/family so I had to twice give him refund due to funds pending, He then sent the payment thru goods and services and that was fine, once I finished the process of teaching him the method he put a dispute into PayPal and tried to have funds reverse - I've send screens and logs to PayPal to counter his claim - and I request that he is banned to stop him from scamming others on the site...
