Xatomlab, Not a scammer, But not doing anything about my account either.

Bought a DRUID about 45+ days ago at lvl 70 something for 80 dollars.

PL it up, started using it to farm gold,
got hit with a payment recall (14.99 typical issue at the moment)

So he sent me the money and we paid it off,
Then the account dissapeared from bnet account,
Screen shots showing Mike agree that he called Blizzard
and verified the account had been unmerged.

Has not been on for days, No contact from Blizzard and I am now unable to login to the entire battlenet account.

Asked for a refund a few times...

Almost 2 weeks later,
No account, no money, and no access to bnet account.

I don't believe that Xatomlab is a scammer. He hasn't been on since the 21st and I assume for now that hes on vacation.
However I will close his account until he makes contact.

$80 is no big deal, but if I remember correctly, this isn't how the story unfolded.
