@Wunderkind Scammed me out of $1000 for the SAME "2008 wizard101 account featuring the valor sword frontier dragon and more" BlakeMistHand was also scammed for yesterday at 11am PST via discord. I have screenshot proof of this! DO NOT TRADE WITH HIM

Bro got over 1k out of me with the same situation as @BlakeMistHand, I confronted him on discord once I'd seen the reviews and this is all he said before removing me.

obviously that Dog on discord is the same Wunderkind , even Ascendance showed me some screenshots about their trade that Wunderkind scammed me with, he is the same profile and they were both talking about the same amount on paypal.

Not involved but can explain. While at end of day it would be great to be able to give out sensitive information so people can try to get a refund or recovery, Privacy laws protect the release of information that is stored, even scammers from getting their information released. Any release of said information with out a court order is violation of laws in many countries.

i believe the fact that its not accepted to release this kind of personal info is just making it a little harder for us but not impossible. since he left marks in many places someone who knows how to get through boundries can find his ip and locate him and then it aint about money anymore. personally i will save money once i am done with my payments for grandma find some hacker to locate him and catch a flight straight to his crib and then we will see what happens. its the last thing to steal money in any scenario but stealing when you know the person has huge problems irl and needs it more than ever its another story

Damn this situation sucks, but i'm also kind of apart of it wunder came to me asking me to send him bitcoin and his customer will cash app me. I decided to say all this so the admins can know the severity of the situation and how many people were apart of it. I say release his information he scammed everyone combined out of probably 20-30k at this point

Wunderkind has contacted us to claim his Epicnpc, Discord, email, phone (2FA) were all compromised. Checking his Epicnpc account data, there is no evidence to support the account was compromised.
We are acting under the assumption this is a false claim and this is indeed an exit scam. Wunderkind stated he will try to resolve all issues, but will need some time.

@EpicNPC You just admitted that there's no evidence to support that his account was compromised and that it was indeed an exit scam. Why are we giving him more time to "resolve" this issue? I'm sure you guys have a legal team you can work with, right? Why don't you turn over his information to them?
I am also wondering about this. 10 days is a very long time and our friend Ezger is in a very difficult situation. I think someone needs to take action on this issue.

We can't normalize quit scamming. If this is a known scam, it shows that this incident has happened before. Didn't the admins take precautions for this before? Can anyone become a moderator easily?

I'm sorry, but we do not investigate disputes unless Trade Guardian is used. However due to the amount of reports and evidence provided we took action regardless to remove this member as a moderator one day after the first report and they were banned one day after that.
EpicNPC does not have the resources to investigate every dispute reported. This is why our dispute resolution services are limited to Trade Guardian transactions only. This is an optional service, but we will not investigate disputes otherwise. I'm sorry.

you have all the evidence to file a refund from Paypal and all the Crypto wallets, but instead you cover the scammer

Yes, I stated this above. You and cal1nn conducted your loan via chat on EpicNPC. However chat is not Trade Guardian and will not be investigated. I'm sorry.
EpicNPC does not offer any warranty or guarantee even when Trade Guardian is used, so I'm not sure what you're asking in this situation. Are you stating that Epicnpc should guarantee all transactions conducted by every moderator and be financially responsible if there's a dispute or scam?
We have done everything we plan to do. The user was removed as a moderator within 30 hrs, then banned within 24 hrs of that.
As stated above, we will provide their personal information to law enforcement or a court order subpoena.
I do not plan to reply any further as I'm an already repeating myself.
As we receive reports of disputes resolved or if Wunderkind contacts us again, I will update the thread at those times.

hahahaha really? So you're saying that the person you authorized as an EPICNPC moderator doesn't concern you if they communicate with all of us via discord and do business with us? Then local or global moderators have the right to scam us via discord and if we have a problem, we're at fault not because they broke the forum rules and directed us to discord but because we trusted them as moderators. Oh by the way, doesn't moderator mean the authorized authority on the site? Don't we go to the moderators when we have a problem?
Moderators are responsible for the forum rules, but when they break what they're responsible for and drag us into it, they're safe with the money they've stolen and we're left hanging like pieces of ****. You're also responsible for what the person you authorized does and you can't just get away with it! Because you're the boss and wunderkind was the manager. The mistakes the manager makes affect the company and we, as users, can't pay the price for it, sorry, we're not stupid. There is indeed a big scam going on and you are still on the scammer's side, but you are as responsible for this scam as the person who did it because it was done by someone you authorized and you should not just direct us to the police and run away from this situation. You should also cooperate because the culprits of this scam are not the victims but those who created such a gap!

Well, Ig that makes sense why he doesn't answer me anymore about our trade, just adding $125 to his impressive list of scams. I wasnt expecting that from a moderator, I swear if he didnt have this title I would have never bought his suspicious offer, but he had it so I got scammed just like everyone on this post sadly.
