You are welcome to make the account so you have email/secret answer ahead of time, or we can create and provide that information to you.

Hi, thanks for the link to the rules page. Here are some things I have read:

Honor:
Nothing. The word "honor" does not appear on the page.

Leveling services:

Power Leveling and Boosting services must clearly state the terms of their service so there is no confusion as to what the buyer is purchasing. The following information is REQUIRED in all Leveling and Boosting service threads where the provider requires login information to the customers account.

Leveling is done by (automated bots/hand)
The person that is leveling your account is located in (countries)
If the account gets banned during leveling, we will compensate you (details)

To address those things:
Leveling is done by hand.
Person leveling is located in USA.
If the account gets banned during leveling, we will not compensate you. HOWEVER, we do not use any cheats, hacks or bots, so it is extremely unlikely this would happen.

Would you mind giving me a link to a page which has information about how honor and leveling services are against the rules? Thank you; I am new to this forum, and appreciate the effort you put forth toward ensuring proper format and information in threads!

You're not even allowed to offer Honor or Leveling services.

And yes you can sell already lvl 70 characters but not custom ones that you level for others.
