He is ready to pump in Tier 5 or parse in T4. I have 80/90 parses, still some BIS pieces missing, but the feeling of Arcane Power and topping dps is so sweet.
It’s attuned for T5 (Title) + of course T4, fully geared, enchanted, and well prepared to progress for Tier 5.
