My human death knight has a full epic tank set with the exception of a few items and a full epic dps set except for the shoulders and back (as seen here http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Kul+Tiras&n=Döm)
He has an epic chest you can recheck armory it just hadn't updated at the time I copied link.
Has maxed out professions (mining/blacksmithing) and epic riding training as well as cold weather.
He also currently has 4000 gold with 200 infinite dust in his bags (which can be sold for approx. 1500 gold.)
My undead warlock has 2/5 t7, 33 emblems (27 away from t7 hands), and can do an average of 3k+ dps in raids.
He currently has 723 gold, and multiple flying mounts including:
Cenarion War Hipogryph, Swift Purple Windstrider, Onyx Netherwing Drake, and a flying carpet (these come with epic flying training and cold weather flying).
The Warlock has 419 enchanting and 440 tailoring. As seen here:
