I'm interested in an NA global account, male MC, and the Sinking Sun premium outfit.
Preferably low progression in gear and exploration. If it's a new player with little to no progression at all, that's one that I'm interested in the most.
If I remember correctly, the Sinking Sun outfit is a summoning event outfit that happened around the global release of the game, so I doubt there's any account that has the skin and is also little to no progression.
With that said, I'll still be looking at any account that has the skin regardless of whether the player is low progression or not.
