DO NOT deal with him, on feb 26 we had a trade witch was my mage a [censored] tier 3 mage in return for a 53 BE pally and a new BC acc worth a total of 200, a few days ago he puts a paypal claim on my [censored] because something happened to his account some stupid [censored] like a credit card reversal so he wants 80$ from me AND ON TOP OF THAT another 50$ to reactivate his account DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


this reversal had absolutly nothing to do with me I got the account from someone else and maybe that person did it i didnt do anything so he blames it all on me,deal with it u [censored] [censored]
 
Your leaving a lot of crucial information out of this. I gave him a lot for this account. Then I get an email saying someone called up their credit card company or bank and had them get the money back that was paid for a recent character transfer and monthly fees on the account. I've never seen an email like it but here is part of it.

This email is to inform you that there has been a payment dispute filed
against (account name) for a recent paid character transfer. As a result,
the character for which the payment was disputed has been temporarily
disabled.

As a result of this dispute, funds paid for the transfer were withdrawn
from Blizzard Entertainment in direct violation of the account's terms.
This is known as a "chargeback."

The total withdrawn by this chargeback was: $27.20.

A full timeline for this chargeback is as follows:

11/13/2006 - The credit card was charged: $27.20 as a result of this
character transfer.
12/16/2006 - The credit card company considered the dispute a success,
thus creating a negative balance for the above mentioned account.

The account is now considered by Blizzard to have a negative balance,
and the character will be unavailable for play until any and ALL
outstanding balances have been repaid to Blizzard. These funds can only be
repaid via a United States money order for the full and EXACT amount of
the disputed funds: $27.20.

It said that this was a final warning and that if it happens again the account would be permantly closed. And I got another email just like this one at the same time. Because he did a chargeback on monthly fees.

So I messaged him and was like yo whats going on with the account. And he didnt seem to care so I put in a complaint on paypal. And then he logs on and was trying to get me to cancel it. And If I won I said I would give him $30 back.

So these angry teenager needs to chill out with the langauge and get his stuff staight.

first of all "teenagers"? you are only 16, second you gave me ALOT??? are u [censored] retarded? u gave me a level 53 blood elf witch you bought for 100$ then you payed 20+[censored] s worth 135$ i see, i got offered 350$ that nigth we traded but i was being nice cause he really wanted it, but in the end hes a little [censored]
 
stupid edit thing it was 20+40=60+100+25= 185$ for a tier 3 mage lvl 70 with kara epics and then he demanded another 50$ FROM ME to reactivate it because of some [censored] that happened b4 i had the mage

Somnus, in the topic you spelled liAr wrong, just thought I'd point that out to start. Second, no one takes seriously what an illiterate young punk like you has to say when they can hardly read your horribly structured sentences, or lack thereof. Based on the evidence provided I'm going to have to side with WoWGlider14 as I have dealt with him in the past. He is very competent and a nice guy, this does not sound like him to scam. Now go explain to mommy what happened and give him what he asked for.
 
wowglider14 has been around longer than u can imagine, has been actively trading, only positive feedbacks, no negatives. Just imagine what u would do if that happened to you. all of a sudden the account u bought got closed. Calm down, and try work it out... I know he will.
 
ok u people do not understand he is blaming ME!!! for what happened to his account some CC reverse by the person that owned the account BEFORE me, so he wants to take 50$ out of MY money just so he can retreive it, i told him why dont u pay for it urself u jipped me off by over 100$ already and hes like "no i cant do that i have to make a profit" now im not going to deal with that and he will not see one penny from me
 
yeah legit until something happens to his account and blames the innocent for everything, he needs to deal with his own stuff and not steal money from people.

First of all, Somnus has more positives than you.
I'm tired of seeing, "I have done trades with him in the past", the past is the past, not the present. Doesn't mean hes still legitimate. From what I understand, Wowgliders account was closed or something, then he puts a paypal claim up. Before Somnus could talk to him, he escalates it. Obviously Somnus will most likely win, since its is a virtual item. I also understand that Wowglider put that he has not recieved the goods. But I have, and still do trades with Somnus, almost weekly, we play eachothers accounts. Now I don't even know him personally, but he is the most legitimate person on Markee Dragon that I know of, and well I don't think he would ever do something like scamming someone.
Wowglider doesn't deserve any more money. He made over 100+ dollars off this trade, and now he wants more. Something happened with the CC, and Blizzard won't reopen the account until someone pays them back.
The account Somnus traded Wowglider had naxx gear, was level 70, and kara epics. For a 53 belf and some money.
Wowglider would still be making at least 50 bucks even if he pays Blizzard. Its not Somnus' fault, but neither is it WoWgliders, but from what the trade was, Wowglider should pay.
