WOW gold dispute ([email protected] - live:muskelbude)

Hey guys so I got scammed for 100 euros today from a "trusted" guy from elitepvpers . +50 ratings , 2013 account. I never had a wow gold thread on elitepvpers so he probably got it from here.

He added me on skype, I made him contact me on forum :http://tinypic.com/r/243joe1/8 .

He tells me he wants to buy all my gold. I deliver 225 k gold to him and notice I can't deliver more because of guild problems in the game, and he tells me that if i don't give him all the gold he won't give me any money . EVER!
Below I have attached the full skype logs and images with the trades and skype conversations. I know you can't do anything about it but please ban this guy, he has 50 positive rating and has the nerve to scam with no problem.

You posted a PM asking him to confirm he's talking to you on Skype. Did nops reply? post a screenshot

Hey , if you read the chat on skype he says what I wrote on that message, and he also replied. Anyway he's from elitepvpers a forum where it seems they tolerate and even encourage scammers. Because they deleted my thread on that forum and deleted my posts AND gave me a warning=)). I mostly made this thread so this ******* can't scam more people.

This was a mistake copypaste from the thread I did on the other forum. He might have an account here , but he mostly scams people by showing off his high rated account on elitepvpers. I wish all forums would be strict on scammers like epicnpc.:-<

The deal was for 405k gold. You sent 225, then asked for payment. He said he can't pay until you deliver the remaining 180 gold.

Why did you agree to send 405 gold if you didn't have it? In the chat you said you'll have it in 2 days, which is tomorrow.

It does not appear the Skype user was an impostor and if Nops policy is not to pay until all items are received, then that's his policy. I don't see any scam here. I would recommend contacting him, delivering the rest of the gold and I'm sure he'll then pay you.

About the full amount I had the impression that my trade char on darksorrow was an officer and when I logged I saw he was demoted to member and I couldn't invite people in the guild and only withdraw 100k .
About him giving me money for the gold,check first image with the quote , with what he said. On the first trade(125k on stormscale) . "give my boy the gold then you receive the money" . That didn't happen and he started saying he needs ALL the gold .

I had this problem in the past with a seller, but he sent me the money for the gold I gave him after a few hours .
This guy was totally unprofessional . After first trade , I told him that I can't deliver the rest of 280k because I wasn't guild master / officer in the guild that had the gold and said I can only give him 100k and he said : "It's fine" , and when i traded the gold he said" I will pay you in 2 days when you give the rest 180 k" . Really deceitful in my opinion and I don't think I would've seen any money for that gold unfortunately. Also if you search his skype address you can see he scammed other people with reasons like : " you traded with the wrong person" when in the screenshots we could see that was a lie .

PS: Can you modify the title thread to include: live:muskelbude . Because when I traded with him I searched for live:muskelbude on google and not for [email protected](because he added me) and mostly that's why I got burnt . If I would've searched for his full skype I wouldn't get scammed

What these smart guys do: exchange ratings between them on fake trades . Then they are only trading on skype where they scam people with no danger of getting banned on the main forum . They will get banned only if you use a complicated trading system on that forum AND Make the trades with PRIVATE Message(a new user has no idea about this over-complicated procedure and can be easy prey ) .
TBH their entire forum should be added to a BEWARE zone .

Pic where it clearly shows he ignored me and I have no way of ever talking to him again(notice the contact request sent). So IMO Ignore after getting my gold and no payment= scammer .

Yes, I do see him saying that, but again I think he was expecting to receive all the gold

Regardless you did give him 225 gold and have not received any money. From the recent chat logs he says "your blocked" so this is definitely a scam now.

I added live:muskelbude to the title, unfortunately there's nothing else we can do since he's not a member here.

I know, I just put it here because he seems to add people from other forums and lure them with his profile, but now a small google search/forum search and people will see he's a scammer .
