What is the dispute about?
Purchased the account from Jperry332. Paid via friends and family on paypal. Had some initial issues with seller before eventually coming back to the table to get something done (will post PDF/screens of those issues) Completed the deal through TG. I asked the seller if he was the original owner and what the recall likelihood was. Seller said there was zero chance of recall. He had been using it for 3 months, and that he had known the OO for 6 months doing business with him, had his Discord, phone number ETC. I had been playing the account since it was purchased on Friday, and Sunday night I logged on and was unable to do so as the account had been recovered/recalled. I got an email saying the account had a recover attempt submitted to blizzard.

I am happy to provide all screenshots of our conversations. These are just initial shots to start the dispute.

In the above email screenshot you clearly see there was a Blizzard support ticket raised along with the Ticket number etc. Seller said he is not the original owner, but had the account for 3 months. Seller also said he knows the original owner, has his phone number/discord. At this point I am unable to login to the account with the email I used to secure the account after the deal is made since the account is recalled.
