What was scammed? A level 85 Tauren Warrior Farmer with max gathering professions and a small amount of gold+guild leader to my own personal guild bank.

Describe how you were scammed: I bought an account from ßlakë on 7/5/2011, which I now know was originally owned by ZachKnue. I know so because the real ID name of the account that has been recalled from me is Zach Knue. Also in this link below:

as well as the itrader feedback you can see that a trade was made between the two. Interestingly enough Zachknue accuses ßlakë of having recalled his account. I'm not sure the story behind that.

So on 7/5/2011 I afk-ed on the account for about 30mins and came back to have found that I was kicked out of the account and that the account had been locked. I tried resetting the password but the account required a real ID scan to be unlocked. I was not given an ID scan when I bought the account as I was told it was unavailable by ßlakë.

However, after a few days when I tried to reset the password again, I was told that the email and name combination did not exist. I am extremely sure that I have the real name of the account correctly as I had taken down the info since the first day I got the account, and have on multiple occasions used the same name to reset the password. It is obvious that the account has been re-claimed and the email was changed, I would not receive a notification as I was locked out of the account.

So obviously, what was done is this: after I PM-ed both of them about the account being locked and it requiring an ID scan for me to unlock, either one with the ID scan when to reclaim it back and chose to keep quiet. I have PMs sent to both of them that were highly likely read and not replied(their forum last activity was still active days after I sent the PMs), ßlakë did reply a few and said he was trying to get in touch with the OO, but stopped replying me when I questioned who was the OO(this was before I discovered ZachKnue was the OO).

I'm not hoping to get refund or claim the account back as I too know, I made several foolish mistakes. Nor, can I actually prove which of the two claimed back the account(I would sincerely apologize to one of the two who is entirely innocent). But I still wish to let this matter be known, it doesn't sit well with me if I kept quiet about it and the person who reclaimed the account walked off scot free.

I do still have the emails that were sent to me informing me that the account was temporarily disabled. I also still have the PMs that were sent to both ßlakë and Zachknue, that were not replied.

I unfortunately no longer have the AIM log when ßlakë passed me the account details.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? No, I assumed he was trustworthy with 13 rep. It was my error on this part.

Dumb *** never changed the info on the account i have pm'ed him his account info for the last time. If the account is not out of my email address access it will get recalled not that its any good due to the newb getting locked cause he botted.

So it seems that yswrox never changed the email on the account, got it locked for some reason, possibly botting and now is claiming the account is unlocked and was recalled.

ßlakë since you said the account had your email, you would have received the email for the reason it was locked. Can you post a screenshot of that email?

I dont have a email on why the account got locked all reason i noticed it was still under this email was i got a password reset like 2weeks ago as far as getting it unlocked that is up to zacknue weather he wants to give yswrox his ID, we all know botting is a risk hence why we buy such cheap accounts when we plan to bot irresponsible. I feel as far as i am concerned my part has been done sent a PM and IM to zacknue for the ID it is his choice to respond, yswrox was PM the info one last time last night. I clearly staed I didnt have ID when yswrox bought the account, I never cared for it I too was a Responsible botter.

First of all, I'm not kicking up a fuss if the account is banned. I am kicking up a fuss if it has been recalled. And here is an SS, that shows the account was under my email, and after I was locked out of the account it became Blake's email.



CODYMAC16 is the WoW account, I can take SS of the account page in battlenet if its required.

My point is this: obviously through this image(I can provide a lot more emails), it is obvious that the account was linked to my email. How was it possible that through a lock, the email was changed?

As far as I know, if my account has been caught for botting it would simply be banned. Nothing of email changing of the sort.

I would sincerely apologize to Blake if he had no hand in what happened, and I would thank him very much for the help he's provided. But you can't deny me the right to be suspicious as these are weird circumstances.

P.S. Mike did you mean actual WoW armory of the toon?

I guarantee that i never changed the email I don't know why but two weeks ago i receive a email saying the password has been reset, this i why i know it was under my email, weather it was blizz changing when you called them or how ever you got hold of them, but i didn't recall anything and hope it all works out for the best for yswrox.
Maybe Zacknue will give you the email, maybe not but please just remove it from my current email address i PM'd you about.

I can confirm this, I have changed the email as well as the password.

However, the account remains locked. No matter, I will either try to call up Blizzard or hope ZachKnue responds.

I would like to apologize to Blake if he had no hand in matter.
