WoW Account Lock - Chargeback - Length of time on recovery?

A chargeback was issued on one of my accounts and it locked the account. A money order was sent into Blizzard via regular postal mail on March 1st.

Should I have heard something by now or is 2-3 weeks about right? I know that the mail takes 7-10 business days to get to them.

Anyone had an experience with this and the length of time it took.

Give them a call, usually they'll just unlock the account on good faith if you give them a tracking #

(NOTE:i have used this card alot for heaps of other accounts including my original one to this day)

i have a question i have this same problem i used my Mrs CC on an account thats not under my name for a faction change and xfer it went thru fine that night but 2 days later on i tried to log on and it says this character is locked and i got an email saying the credit card was declinded by their system and want me to ring up and give them another form of payment i was refunded aswell to my mrs CC ..

my question is can i use my own visa debit card if i ring blizzard even tho the account isnt under my name? like the name on the account doesnt match the visa debit i want to use
