Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
It started with a trade.
I was happy with the sell. I purchased account #6 at the following link,

I was very happy with my purchase, I went first and it all went smoothly! On the league of legends account I played on I reached a very solid score of around 21 wins, 3 losses. I logged on about a week later only to find out it was recovered. At first I was furious. I messaged the seller very angrily and was very upfront. I had gotten scammed before so I wanted to get the seller out of here, or resolve the conflict.
The seller responded calmly and nicely. He is a reseller and the original owner recovered the account. The account was gold v with a very solid MMR. The original $7 I payed had to have made the account at least worth $20 or more. So the seller responded appropriately. He reimbursed me with a new account with more champions and value.
As any other seller would do, he then said he was going to remove me, and let him know if there were any more issues.
Later emerged an issue. On August 12 I received a password recovery message.

I am refusing to play on this account as the original owner could be in the process of recovering the account, and all of the progress would be lost.
Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but of course I was enraged. I messaged him again and no response. I'm generally patient about these kind of things, but it has almost been 3 days and the user is also continuing to bump his threads.

I feel that this seller is trying to take advantage of the league of legends epicnpc rules here:

I am hoping I can get some sort of comfortably or compensation. I normally wouldn't jump to conclusions, but the account was clearly inactive as we discuss in the pictures (in evidence). Also, it's odd how he is ignoring all of my skype messages.

Other details / notes:
An odd thing about this is that the user chrislee777 uses 2 different skypes

As with any game, the OO will always have the ability to recall an account. There's really nothing anyone can do about that other than to make sure you buy an account from someone you can trust.

You already received a 2nd account as compensation, however you are still allowed to leave him a neutral feedback explaining that an attempt to recall was made on the 2nd account. I would wait a few days, but if the new account isn't recalled within a week you're probably okay.

Just make sure to change the email to your email and enable any account security features LoL has.
