What is the dispute about?
At first I was going to use TradeGuardian, but since his account has some positive reviews and it being 7 years old I caved and sent the money first. Sent money, the medium bank said it should have arrived at 4:15AM on July 29th but he said his bank said it was still pending in the evening of the same day. I sent him the receipt I got from the medium bank, he said he called the bank and they said there are no transactions. There has been no updates or reply since the 29th from the seller, which has been well over 24 hours. The money has already left my bank account and the transaction can't be undone once it passes 30 minutes (TransferWise's own policy). Now that the money has been converted and sent to his bank, there is no way of me retrieving the money anymore but he refused to send the account credentials on the 29th and has went completely silent since.
I've already done my part and took the first risk to send the money first, so I don't think there's anything wrong for him to send me the account credential when I've already shared the transfer progress link and even the receipt with him and he can clearly confirm that the info and everything that I sent to was to him using the exact info he provided (everything was also Copy and Pasted from what he provided so there's no room for user error neither).
