Why was Happytat6999 Banned?

A few days ago he responded to my post about powerleveling for a me. I paid him a TBC key and I was on my way, I realize that this guy could be a scammer even if he seemed very legit. Was just wondering if I should change my information or not. His AIM is Bballer4lyfe6999 if anyone has any information on him. Just a little worried at the moment.
