Bump them every 6h, or buy auto-bump for credits if you can't be online whole day
Buy sticky topic, your topic will be on top of the forum for one month
Paint the topic in red or green color
Put more useful informations in the title

Like ZaDed said. Also, when I sell anything here, I make sure I put every detail thing about my listing. Details are important to buyers and it really helps.
