Hello I joined this forum November last year. I am not very active user, I come when I need to buy gold for Tera.
I've bought 3 times through this forum, 2 of them went very well and I left the seller good feedback. 1 of them, which was last week, I got scammed for $10. I left him the negative feedback.
I'm not here to complain about the scam, I'm over it, just $10. But I noticed when I click on my profile I had this yellow label above my name "Trade with caution"
I've not done anything wrongful here, just a quiet buyer that comes frequently when I'm in need.
Hope someone here can help me.

You gave AdamSandler03 two positive feedbacks.

This user is a known scammer (bobbywing420) and steals gold from players, then resells it. The gold you bought from him was stolen.

The reason the warning was added was because most scammers continue scamming, yet he didn't scam you. Your account was new and you gave a scammer 2 positive feedback which we thought might be fake. However we were unable to find anything to ban you, so a warning was added instead.

You also recently posted you were banned on Playerauctions, so the warning has been increased. Please get unbanned from that site and we can remove the warning.

wow.. i didn't know he was scammer as he came thru for me. guess i was lucky.

and for playerauction i don't think i can get unbanned there.. i've been trying to talk to them to unban me but everytime i just get macro answer saying they can't unban me.
when i bought gold on player auctoin i didn't get the full amount of gold i ordered and their customer support took 4 weeks delaying over and over keep saying they can't contact their seller. i got tired of it and did a chargeback, and of course i shouldn't have done it, but if you ever dealt with their customer support you would understand.

btw u can look thru my inbox? i never posted anywhere bout my ban at PA. don't bother me i dont have anything to hide, just surprised

How much gold did you get? Who was the seller?

When you do a chargeback, you get all of your money back, but you said you got some gold, so taking 100% of your money back is not right.

If you have another account somewhere with good feedback, we might reconsider, but at this time we will not. You're new, you have no feedback and are banned on PA for a chargeback.


Feel free to open a dispute against PA in our dispute forum. You'll have to show the order, the gold received, the payment and your complaints to PA that you did not receive all the gold along with their replies.

i don't know how else to put this and hard for you to understand, but i'm not a 'forum person'. i just come and go when i need to buy gold or w/e.
i can link you my profile to any forum i'm registered in and it will all look like this.. little posts saying "sent PM" or leaving my skype.
and for PA, this was almost a year ago (think November 2015), and i never got any money back. paypal replied saying i can't get my money for digital good so that was it. i never tried to fight it.

i mean i don't know why i'm explaining myself, i made this post cause i was just curious why i had that "trade with caution" tag. now it's like a whole different issue.

i understand you're just doing your job and there are many grimy ****ers everywhere, so you have to suspect everyone. but honestly i'm just a gamer that like to spend money on my games.
i promise you i'm not here to do anything but look for good gold price for Tera. feel free to ban me if you ever suspect me even trying to do anything else. but as of now, i'd feel like **** if i got banned for not doing anything.
